Are you looking for some great Weight Watchers Snacks Under 1 Freestyle Smart Point?  They are pretty easy to come by now that the myWW system has given us more than 200 options on the zero points list! For the purple and blue plans there are more than 300 options that are free for 1 serving. I’ll be sharing my favorites from each list below so that you can plan your snacking no matter which of the three myWW programs you are using!

Did you know that you can have items like fish, chicken, turkey, beans, and even peas for zero points now?! That means that snacking just got a whole lot easier especially if you are really hungry but don’t want to spend points or are out of points for the day.

How has the myWW program changed snacking?

For me, the myWW program has changed snacking a little bit. No matter which of the three plans you are on there are TONS of zero point foods to choose from. Thats usually where I start searching for snacking choices.

When choosing a snack you want it to be something fulfilling so that you don’t keep walking around hungry and thinking about eating, but also something that won’t impact your overall points budget. I know for a lot of people and especially those on the purple plan, points are valuable and we don’t want to waste those on our snacks each day!

Filling your diet with tons of nutrient-dense high fiber snacks and sides is the best way to eat healthy and lose weight.  That is true no matter what healthy lifestyle plan you are on. Fiber and other nutrients are important and they’re likely lacking in your diet.

Did you know that most people don’t get anywhere close to the 35 grams of fiber they should have in a day?!

That’s where the myWW program comes in and helps us make smart choices. The calculator on the WW site and app is designed to prioritize foods that are low in sugar, but high in healthy things like fiber and the right kinds of fat.

The points system automatically shows us what items are more or less healthy based on how low or high the point value!

When snacking, it’s important that we don’t undo all the hard work we’ve done by eating healthy meals. Don’t let your snacks get the better of you. Use these lists to make smart choices for snacks.

All of these snacks are zero points per serving (pay attention to your serving sizes, sometimes eating multiple servings will result in points)! Choose the plan that you are on and add some of these great snacks to your meal plans for the coming weeks.

Be sure to stop by in the comments and let me know what your favorite zero point snacks are for each of the three myWW programs!

More about my Weight Watchers plans and snacking:

Weight Watchers snacks are not hard to find, but it can be hard to find Weight Watchers snacks under 1 Freestyle Smart Point.  The key is to take advantage of your fruits and veggies being zero points, and adding several of them together can make for a more satisfying snacking experience!

Now that the myWW program has three levels or programs to choose from, you’ll have to decide which plan seems right for you and then choose your snacks accordingly. Each plan has different point values for foods so it’s important to pay attention to which plan you are working with so you know how to track your snacks!

If you aren’t already using the WW app I highly recommend it. It’s great for scanning barcodes when shopping, searching for zero point foods, and for tracking on the go. It’s a real game changer for keeping track of your food, water, exercise, and more. AND if you use the app regularly you’ll notice that you are earning rewards, learn more about those here.
