At the end of the day, remember it’s all about moderation! Weight Watchers is a great program because it works. You can eat small amounts of whatever you want, but keep in mind that a cup of strawberries will cost you a lot less points than a few chocolate chip cookies would … and the strawberries will fuel your body for a longer period of time!
